Terms & Conditions
These conditions apply to all sales to the Hotel des Marquisats 6 way Colmyr 74000 Annecy, (except for group reservations). Therefore, the client acknowledges having read these terms and conditions and undertakes to respect them.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and conditions will be those in effect on the date the reservation is made.
ARTICLE 1 - THE PRICES
Rates quoted are in € uro and VAT, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected on the prices indicated in the invoice date.
Rates are per room for extending the number of people indicated and according to the selected period and do not include benefits (unless otherwise stated)
The tourist tax of € 1,10 per day per person (over 18 years) is not included in the listed price and is payable directly on site. It applies from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
Some benefits may be subject to a fee and be subject to possible modifications without notice, not engaging in any event the responsibility of the hotel.
No trip booked before the establishment of a possible promotional offer will be subject to refund, even partial.
ARTICLE 2 - RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Reservations are effectuables on www.hoteldesmarquisats.com sites www.marquisats.com, by phone, email or mail.
The reservation will be effective only if it is guaranteed by the customer or by contacting a credit card number with expiration date or payment of a deposit, and after receiving a detailed booking confirmation.
The settlement of all benefits will be directly with the hotel (exceptions made for prepaid reservations at time of booking).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation in case the credit card number is incorrect or incomplete reservation.
Reservations whatever their origins are payable in € uro only.
Hotel des Marquisats accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and has a system of secure bookings (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation to prevent any disclosure to third parties .

ARTICLE 3 - MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF STAY
Any modification or cancellation has to be a request by email to reservations@marquisats.com or by call 04 50 51 52 34.
The application will become effective only when the Hotel des Marquisats has confirmed its acceptance in writing.
In case of change or of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- For any requests made outside the scheduled time cancellation, the total amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show on the arrival date, your credit card will be charged the full amount.
- Any stay started is entirely due.
For bookings made via the website of our partners, the cancellation must be made via this website. Cancellation that apply are so specific to the partner and may therefore be different from the Hotel des Marquisats.
In case of extension of stay, the client must inform the hotel reception at 10:00 am at the latest on departure scheduled to availability.
ARTICLE 4 - HOTEL AND BENEFITS
The price breakfast children applies to children under 12 years.
For reasons of safety and hygiene, our pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Rooms are available from 15.00 and must be vacated by 11:30 on the day of departure. A supplement may be charged in case of non-compliance with the maximum starting time. If arriving after 22:00, the reception must be informed.
Customer agrees and undertakes to use the room in good father. As any behavior contrary to morality and public order will bring the hotel to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund or if a claim has been made.
ARTICLE 5 - CHANGE OF ACCOMMODATION
In case of non availability of the Hotel des Marquisats or force majeure, it reserves the right to fully or partially accommodate the customer in equivalent or superior hotel, offering similar benefits. The transfer will be the responsibility of the hotel which will not be sought in payment of any additional compensation.
SECTION 6 - CLAIMS
